August 14th 2026 after a catostrophic system failure that took place in July I have relaunched graysongarrett.org maintaining my A+ Security Rating. In response to this calamity a system image has been cloned as to a .img and a backup microSD created and formatted to reduce downtime during any potential future system failure. I would like to take this time to remind any visitors that the website you are visiting is being hosted on a Raspbery Pi 4 B with 2 GB of RAM and a 32 GB MicroSD card. With that being said it is NOT recomended to use these hardware resources for projects that require continuous operation. I would however like to point out that the hardware being utilized has a low cost-entry point. As of today a 32 GB Class 10 MicroSD card cost is $21.63 a Raspberry Pi 4 B with 2GB RAM costs $67.52 and the Domain Name and SSL cost me $13.17 per year bringing the total cost of the project to $102.32 to get started. The raspberry Pi is an excellent tool for any person who wants to dip there toes into the waters of computer hardware projects as this microcontroller has General InPut Output (GPIO) pins which can be used with breadboards and warious parts to unlock a world of potential!.

December 7th 2025 operations have almost entirely moved to a new location. Web Server will remain in place until further notice, as of December 14th 3D-Printer has been constructed, next phase will be fine-tuning the configuration in order to improve the quality of 3D prints. Once tests produce satisfactory results the aim will be to manufacture the tools neccessary to process waste plastic into filiment. Fine tuning is expected to be complete by January 7th 2026 Two new pages will be added soon 1st will be a dedicated page for 3D printing services and the second will be a movie & book review page which will contain a summarization of the media as well as my thoughts & opinions on whatever media I am consuming.

As of November 4th 2025 GraysonGarrett.org has been Certified with an SSL Certificate and has received an "A+" security rating. As a part of my desire to provide a Secure & Dynamic website to ALL visitors ALL attempts to connect via HTTP will be redirected to HTTPS.

I have also implemented the first instance of PHP to make its way to this server. Attentive users may notice the link to this Blog has changed in order to support that goal. I am proud to work towards a more interactive user experience.
